Sign up
Go to https://app.sharebrand.io/sign-up and create your account.Create your workspace
Enter a workspace name and upload your logo. These appear on your branded pages.(Optional) Connect your domain now
Add a subdomain likefiles.yourdomain.com. We’ll show DNS records; add them at your DNS host, then verify.
Tip: you can skip this for now and use a Sharebrand subdomain—connect your domain later from Settings.Finish guided onboarding
Confirm colors and basics. You’ll land in the dashboard.Invite your team
Add teammates (Starter: up to 5 seats, Pro: up to 10 seats). On Pro, assign roles and use team folders.Create your first item
Create transfer to share files with clients, teams, or partners, or
Create file request to collect files from them.
Quick checks
Branding: Logo and colors appear on transfer/request pages.
Domain: Your branded link resolves at
files.yourdomain.com(if connected).Security: Add passwords and expirations as needed.
