Plan: Starter or Pro
Custom domain: Recommended for a fully branded experience (works on your Sharebrand subdomain too)
Figma sharing: Set your Figma file/prototype to the appropriate access (e.g., “Anyone with the link can view”)—otherwise Figma may prompt viewers to sign in
Note: Viewer permissions (commenting, inspect, prototype play) are controlled by Figma’s share settings.

How it works (simple)
Create a transfer (or add to an existing one) and choose Add embed → Figma.
Paste the Figma URL (file or prototype). Sharebrand generates a responsive embed.
(Optional) Add password protection (transfers) or file expiration.
Share the branded link—recipients preview your Figma work in the browser.
Best practices
Set clear Figma access: Use “Anyone with the link can view” for frictionless previews; otherwise Figma may require login.
Use a custom domain: Keeps stakeholders on your brand and simplifies trust.
Pair with expirations: Time-box access for sensitive phases (RFPs, reviews).
Organize embeds: Group related Figma links in one transfer to reduce email back-and-forth.
Fees & storage
No extra fees from Sharebrand.
Storage: Embeds themselves don’t count toward storage; any uploaded files do.
Security: Passwords/expirations are applied by Sharebrand at the page level; Figma still enforces its own permissions inside the embed.
Limitations (current)
Private Figma links may prompt Figma login for viewers.
Password protection applies to transfers (not file requests).
Availability depends on Figma uptime and file permissions.
